Laracon Washington was the first official Laravel Conference to be held. It was held over two days at two separate venues in Washington, D.C. Laracon Washington was largely organized by UserScape with the help of Jessica D'Amico. There were 10 speakers at the conference who gave presentations as well as a couple Q&A panels. The conference was kindly recorded by Chris Borgia and the individual videos are available on YouTube.
On the second day of the conference during Taylor Otwell's Eloquence Evolving talk he announced a release date of May, 2013 for Laravel 4. He also announced that Laravel 4 would follow a preset development schedule and that minor versions of Laravel 4 would be released every 6 months.

Laracon Amsterdam is the first European Laracon and is to be held in Amsterdam.
An expression of interest survey was conducted to gauge the possible interest of the conference. Currently there are limited details on the conference, to stay informed register your interest at Laracon EU. It's been stated that the conference will be held later in the year, possibly July or August.
On 18th of April, 2013, Shawn McCool announced at an AmsterdamPHP meetup that Laracon Amsterdam would take place on August 30th and 31st, 2013, with Bimhuis being the venue.
